Boat Description
This is an all steel ketch that is rigged for blue water cruising. It is docked at Biloxi, Mississippi. It has a flat deck with a center cockpit. The davits are strong and reinforced. The bow sprint is large enough for easy look out. The rails are steel. It is rigged so that all lines come to the cockpit. The jib and staysail are roller furled. The 6 wenches are self-trailing. The windless is a Simpson-Lawrence Horizon 1500. The windless accommodates anchor rode and anchor chain. It has 4-ground tackle. A large danforth and CQR on bow, a smaller danforth on stern and a large spare anchor. Steering is hydraulic with double-lever push pull cable.
Accommodations
The stateroom has a double bed with storage underneath, hanging locker, with storage underneath counter with stainless sink, with storage underneath, a medicine cabinet There is a Ranitan manual head in the state room. The galley has a double stainless sink, 3 eye Force 10 butane stove with oven, large AC, DC Norcold refrigerator, microwave, counter tops and storage. There is a fold down table with room enough to sleep child, a cabinet and shelves to store books and cruising guides. There is also a TV and phone. It has an air conditioner. The main head has shower and tub, stainless sink, medicine cabinet, storage cabinets, and Raritan manual marine toilet. Both heads have their own holding tanks and deck cleanouts. The main head has a Jabson Macerator. The fuel and water tanks are welded to and part of the hull. Each tank holds 250 gallons.

Gauges (oil pressure, engine temperature, battery condition and electronic tachometer, hot water tank, "Heart Freedom 25" 2500 watts inverter, has Coast Guard Pack (meets all Coast Guard requirements for a 44 foot boat) bilge pumps- (Rule 1500 electric with float switch-One just forward engine room, one just forward shower and tub and one (with holding tank) under galley sink. Wastewater from holding tank under galley sink discharges directly over board, 2 spare pumps (one 120 volt and one 12 volt. Each has long hose attached.2 storm sails, extra prop with prop puller, Baha fuel filter, saltwater pump and saltwater deck washdown.
