Boat Description

Perry designed heavy displacement, cutter rigged, Blue Water cruiser, 36' on deck, 43' LOA, professionally built. PERKIN'S 4-108 diesel with 100 gallons fuel and 140 gallons water. Sail inventory includes: new roller furling Yankee; 120% Genoa; 1200 sq. ft. GENNAKER with launching sock and spinnaker pole; self tending stay sail with reefing; main with jiffy reefing and lazy jacks. Anchoring gear includes: four anchors: bow and stern rollers; rope and chain and all chain RODES; and LOFRAN'S Tigris electric windlass with manual over ride. Topsides and bright work redone last season. Deck re-plugged last season also. Boat is in exceptionally clean condition.

Accommodations

V-berth forward, platform queen berth and dinette berth mid-ships, full quarter berth aft. Sleeps five to seven. Interior oiled teak in excellent condition with full cabinetry fore and aft. Ample storage under all berths. Propane stove and oven with three way refrigeration, i.e., propane, 12 VDC and 110 VAC, ice box opposite refrigerator. Microwave oven also. On demand hot water in galley and shower. Ships clock and separate barometer. Full cockpit cushions.
